At Flux Footwear, we want you to be fully satisfied with your performance gear. If your new shoes aren't the perfect fit, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return and exchange window on all unworn items.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure tracked delivery back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Package Your Shoes

  Place the unworn footwear in its original packaging and securely attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our facility.
